We gained ISO 9001 accreditation for this activity in September 2011.

We have now three dedicated alarm response personnel. We can respond to any alarm activation usually within an hour.

We are very experienced in dealing with Alarm Monitoring Stations, Helpdesks and Control Rooms. Our staff have received specific training in the areas of lone working, personal safety and risk assessments.

We provide detailed reports of all alarm activations and keep site specific logs as well. We are currently covering the Greater Manchester and London areas for alarm activations on both commercial and residential properties. We may also be able to cover other areas.
