Training

UK Star Security Ltd recognises that training is a vital and essential ingredient to providing a very high standard of service.

We offer all new recruits and existing staff, comprehensive training courses conforming to and above the standards set by the Security Industry Association. All training is carried out at our St Helens office.

All our Guards are SIA licensed and we subscribe to the SIA Company License Checker Scheme.

Whilst we have the ability to utilise License Dispensation Notices - we rarely have the need.

Teamwork and good management are fundamental principles at UK Star therefore we invest significantly in our staff training.

In underlining our commitment to quality, we encourage existing staff to participate in further training and encourage career progression within the industry.

The use of suitable security officers extends into all aspects of the services that we provide and we take great care to ensure that the staff we supply are compatible with the Client and the assignment.

Fire and First Aid training normally are integral to our service delivery and arranged by client need.

The vast majority of our staff have had supervisory experience resulting in a more competent and reliable service to the client.
