We charge a flat rate annual fee of to hold any number of keys on your behalf. Contact us to discuss and for further information

All keys issued are strictly controlled and any keys held at our office are stored in our safe. We are key holders for numerous properties throughout the Greater Manchester and London areas. We provide an unlocking/locking service for any property that requires it. Additionally we are the first point of call for any out-of-hours requests and respond to all call-outs in the fastest time possible.

All our activities are logged and we provide many of our Clients with detailed reports for specific incidents as and when required.
