Property Inspections

We have experienced significant growth in this area over the past year. Under insurance codes of practice we provide detailed reports in an Excel workbook format.

Each property has a dedicated tab and we log meter readings plus notes regarding any changes in the physical state of the property, backed up by photos if necessary.

On estates where there are several properties all data is collected in one dedicated workbook. This makes it easy to see at a glance a complete history of our inspections from our initial visit.

In tandem we also carry out testing of any alarm systems which may still be active. We will also liaise directly with both the property management Company and their contractors. This is very useful when contractors require access to vacant units for example.

We will also change locks, fit superior padlocks to gates and make random mobile visits to any property if required. All properties can be visited daily, weekly or fortnightly on an agreed schedule. On vacant units we put up signage to denote that the property is under our protection.
